RJ's, born Rajeev Naidu, encounter with audio production began when he received a Yamaha Keyboard from the local electronic store when he was 10. He first started to make beats, using only 5 tracks, with the basic keyboard before moving on to DAWs. Since then, he has dived into the multifaceted roles the music industry offers, specializing in mixing.
RJ has over 10 years of professional experience in working in the music industry. He has worked with a wide range of musicians from Grammy winning folk artists like Ramblin' Jack Elliot to hip-hop moguls like Berner from San Francisco.
He is also an educator at San Francisco State University where he teaches audio production and does extensive research in psychoacoustics. His research was accepted in conferences such as the Semiotic Society of America and Broadcast Education Association.
